The working principle of the LSZ series is similar to the LSGJ series, but with a greater emphasis on "pressure":
Power Source: Uses a high-performance permanent magnet DC brushless motor (BLDC). This motor has extremely high energy efficiency, and its speed can reach tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, providing the basis for high head.
Multi-stage Stacking: After the water flows into the pump body, it is continuously accelerated and guided by multiple impellers, and the pressure is stacked step by step. The LSZ series usually has more stages, so the head (pressure) is very high, but the flow rate is relatively moderate.
Intelligent Matching:  With a dedicated MPPT solar controller, it can automatically adjust the motor speed according to the intensity of sunlight.
Strong sunlight: Runs at full speed, providing maximum pressure and flow rate.
Weak sunlight: Runs at low speed, maintaining water output, without stopping or burning out the motor due to low voltage.

Feature Detailed Description

Ultra-high Head (High Pressure) Core advantage. The LSZ series is designed for "climbing stairs" or "long-distance transportation." Its head usually far exceeds that of ordinary centrifugal pumps, easily meeting the water supply needs of buildings with more than 3 floors, or transporting water to hundreds of meters away.
All-copper Core/Stainless Steel Impeller To withstand high speed and high pressure, its motor usually uses pure copper coils, and the impellers are mostly made of stainless steel or brass. This makes it more wear-resistant and longer-lasting than plastic impeller pumps.
Quiet and Low Vibration Due to the brushless motor and good dynamic balance design, the operating noise is very low (usually below 60 decibels), and the vibration is also minimal, making it suitable for installation in residential areas or courtyards.
Maintenance-Free: The motor typically uses oil-lubricated or water-lubricated bearings with excellent sealing, requiring no daily maintenance, truly achieving "install and forget."

The LSZ series is an expert in high-rise water supply and long-distance water transfer:
High-rise building water supply:
If you need to pump water from the ground to above the 4th floor, or need to replenish water to high-rise water towers/tanks, the high pressure of the LSZ series can easily handle it.
Long-distance pipeline irrigation:
In large farms, where the water source is far from the fields and ordinary pumps cannot reach, the LSZ series can be used as a "relay pump" or "main pipeline pump" to powerfully push water to distant fields.
Industrial cleaning and pressurization:
Used in applications requiring high-pressure water guns, such as car washes and equipment cleaning.
Firefighting pressurization:
Used as a booster pump in some small fire fighting systems or rural fire water pools.

Selection and Usage Suggestions

Distinguish between "suction lift" and "discharge head":
Suction lift (suction height): As a surface pump, its vertical suction height is still limited by atmospheric pressure, usually not exceeding 7-8 meters.
Discharge head (discharge height/pressure): This is its strength, reaching tens or even hundreds of meters.
Note: Do not attempt to use it to pump water from a 10-meter deep well; that is the job of a deep well pump (such as 3LSS/4PSS).
Water quality requirements:
Although it is more durable than plastic pumps, to protect the precision impeller and seals, it is recommended to install a filter screen at the inlet to prevent sand and stones from entering the pump body.
Installation environment:
Although it is sealed, it is recommended to install it in a cool, rain-protected place. Strong direct sunlight may accelerate casing aging, and high temperatures will affect motor efficiency.

The LSZ series is the "high-pressure pump" among solar surface pumps. If your need is to "pump water to a very high place" or "pump water to a very distant place," and you require a stable large flow rate, then the LSZ series is a better choice than LSQB (smaller flow rate) and ordinary AC pumps (low efficiency, not smart).
