Flow-through Component Materials
Flow-through components are typically made of 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel, either cast or welded. Specifically:

304 stainless steel is suitable for general industrial wastewater and weakly corrosive media.

316/316L stainless steel, due to its molybdenum content, has stronger resistance to pitting and chemical corrosion, making it suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, seawater, and strong acid/alkali environments.

Impeller Structure Design
Common forms include single-channel, double-channel, helical, or double-blade structures. The spacious and smooth flow channels effectively handle large solid particles and long fiber impurities, significantly reducing the risk of clogging and ensuring continuous drainage capacity.

Sealing System
It adopts a double-face mechanical seal or a series mechanical seal structure. The sealing materials are mostly silicon carbide and hard alloy, combined with corrosion-resistant rubber O-rings, forming multiple protective barriers to effectively prevent sewage from entering the motor cavity.
