The permanent magnet shielded intelligent pump is a high-end special pump that combines permanent magnet motor technology, shielded pump structure, and intelligent control. It not only maintains the "zero leakage" safety characteristics of shielded pumps but also achieves high efficiency, energy saving, quiet operation, and precise constant pressure water supply through permanent magnet motors and variable frequency intelligent control. It can be understood as a "thinking sealed pump," which is both safe and intelligent.


Core Structure and Working Principle

Integrated Shielded Design (Pump and Motor in One)

Coaxial connection: The pump impeller and the permanent magnet motor rotor are fixed on the same shaft, eliminating the need for a coupling.

Shielding sleeve isolation: The core components are completely isolated by a thin-walled shielding sleeve made of corrosion-resistant metal (such as Hastelloy or stainless steel), with the pump body and motor immersed in the conveyed medium.

Working principle: The permanent magnet rotor rotates under the action of the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator, driving the impeller to work. The entire rotor assembly operates in the medium, achieving leak-free transportation.

Permanent Magnet Motor Drive (High-Efficiency Power)

Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PM) replace traditional induction motors, resulting in higher efficiency, smaller size, and longer lifespan.

High torque output, providing stable flow at low speeds, reducing energy consumption.

Reduced mechanical friction and heat generation, with more efficient cooling by the medium.

Intelligent Control (Intelligent Brain)

Built-in microcontroller (MCU) and pressure/flow sensors enable variable frequency speed control.

Constant pressure water supply: Automatically adjusts the speed according to system requirements, ensuring stable outlet pressure regardless of pipeline pressure fluctuations.

Energy-saving mode: Low-speed operation at low flow rates, and quick response at high flow rates, maximizing energy saving.

Self-Lubrication and Cooling

Bearings are self-lubricated by the conveyed medium (usually graphite or silicon carbide bearings).

The medium flows through the inside of the motor for cooling, eliminating the need for external fans or oil cooling systems.

When transporting media with poor lubrication (such as liquid ammonia, liquid hydrocarbons), select wear-resistant bearing materials (such as silicon carbide).

Avoid Dry Running

The pump relies on the medium for cooling; dry running will cause the motor to overheat and be damaged instantly.

Antifreeze Measures

In low-temperature environments, the medium may solidify; the pump body should be heated or drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
