Working Method: It must be completely submerged in water (submersible installation). The motor drives the multi-stage impeller to rotate at high speed. Water enters from the bottom of the pump, is pressurized by the impeller, and then discharged from the outlet at the top, rising to the ground through the water pipe.

Submersible Operation: Because the pump body is completely submerged in water, it uses water pressure to assist in water intake, so there is no suction head limitation. As long as there is water in the well, it can pump it up, making it very suitable for deep well water extraction.
Multi-stage Pressurization: It has multiple sets of impellers working in series. Each stage of the impeller adds pressure to the water. The LSG series usually has many stages (such as 10 stages, 20 stages, or even more), so it can easily achieve a head of tens or even hundreds of meters.
DC Brushless Drive: Uses a permanent magnet DC brushless motor (BLDC). This type of motor is highly efficient and generates low heat. Low heat generation is very important for submersible pumps because they rely on the surrounding water to cool the motor. Brushless motors can effectively prevent "pump burnout".
MPPT Intelligent Control: With a dedicated controller, it can automatically adjust the power according to the intensity of sunlight. In the early morning or on cloudy days, it can also operate at low speed and will not fail to start due to insufficient voltage.

High Head, Large Flow  Core advantage. The LSG series can go deep (high head) and pump quickly (large flow). It fills the gap between small surface pumps (cannot pump from deep wells) and large industrial deep well pumps (too expensive, too power-consuming).
All Stainless Steel Construction  To adapt to the underwater environment and prevent rust, the pump body, impeller, and shaft are typically made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. This makes it corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and provides a lifespan of tens of thousands of hours.
Silent Operation: Because the motor is completely submerged in water, the water acts as a natural sound insulator and coolant. Therefore, it operates very quietly, with almost no sound audible above ground.
Automatic Protection: It usually features overheat protection, overload protection, and dry-running protection (for some models). If the water level drops and the pump is exposed to air, the temperature sensor will trigger a shutdown to prevent dry burning.

Typical Application Scenarios

The LSG series is the main equipment for deep well water extraction, high-rise building water supply, and large-scale irrigation:
Deep Well Groundwater Extraction:
Suitable for deep wells with depths between 10 meters and 100 meters. If your well is very deep and a surface pump cannot draw water, you must use the LSG series.
High-Rise Building/Water Tower Water Supply:
Used to pump water directly into high-rise water tanks or to high-rise residents' homes, utilizing its high head advantage to overcome gravity.
Large-Scale Agricultural Irrigation:
Suitable for extracting large amounts of water from deep wells or low-lying rivers for sprinkler or drip irrigation of large areas of farmland and orchards.
Factory/Mine Water Supply:
Used for the transportation and circulation of industrial water.

Selection and Usage Suggestions

Matching Well Diameter:
The LSG series is a submersible pump, which is thinner and longer than surface pumps. When selecting a model, you must confirm that the diameter of your well (such as 3 inches, 4 inches) is greater than the diameter of the pump; otherwise, it cannot be lowered into the well.
Balancing Head and Flow Rate:
Head (water pressure) and flow rate (water output) are usually inversely proportional. If you want to pump higher, the flow rate will decrease. When selecting a model, you should choose the appropriate number of stages based on your actual needs (whether you prioritize height or water volume).
Cable Configuration:
Submersible pumps require a long waterproof cable to connect to the ground. As the depth of the well increases, voltage loss will increase. It is recommended to use a thicker gauge (such as 2.5 square or 4 square) dedicated submersible pump cable to reduce losses. Water Quality Requirements:
Although the pump is made of stainless steel, to prevent sand from damaging the impeller, it is recommended to wrap a filter screen around the pump's inlet and ensure that the sand content in the well water is within the acceptable range.

The LSG series is a "deep-well high-pressure pump" among solar-powered water pumps. If your needs are "pumping water from a very deep well," "pumping water to a high mountain," or "requiring long-term, high-volume water supply," then the LSG series is a more powerful and reliable option than surface pumps (LSQB/LSZ).
