The CHL low-noise stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical or horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump that uses high-quality stainless steel (304, 316, 316L) for its wetted parts. While maintaining the high head of traditional multi-stage pumps, it optimizes noise control and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for applications with high demands on water quality and noise levels, such as water supply in high-rise buildings, hot and cold water circulation, and pure water transportation.


Core Working Principle: Liquid Rises Step by Step

The working principle of the CHL pump is the same as that of ordinary multi-stage pumps, but its materials and low-noise design make it more suitable for modern high-end applications:

Step-by-Step Pressurization

The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate at high speed, driving the series of impellers.

The liquid enters the first-stage impeller, gains kinetic energy, and then passes through the guide vanes to the next impeller for further pressurization.

Pressure Accumulation

The multi-stage impellers continuously work, causing the liquid pressure to accumulate step by step, finally reaching the required high head and being discharged from the outlet.

Material Advantages

The pump body, impellers, and guide vanes are all made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and rust prevention, while also preventing contamination of the liquid, meeting hygiene and industrial requirements.

Selection and Usage Precautions

Water Quality Differentiation

304 Stainless Steel: Suitable for ordinary clean water, river water, and weakly corrosive liquids.

316/316L Stainless Steel: Suitable for seawater, brine, and strong acid and alkali chemical liquids.

Medium Requirements

Clean, thin, and free of large particles. Liquids containing sand or particles may wear down the impeller; a special sewage pump should be used in such cases.

Temperature Limitations

Standard mechanical seal operating temperature: -15℃ to 105℃.

Hot water or high-temperature liquids (above 120℃) require a customized cooling system or a hot water pump.


Installation Method

Vertical Pump: Radial inlet and outlet, compact installation, easy to connect in series.

Horizontal Pump: Low center of gravity, suitable for industrial applications with high flow rates or extremely high head.
