Model Interpretation
L: Vertical / Centrifugal
I: Intelligent / DC
G: High Head / Multi-stage
J: Surface Pump
S (LISZ Exclusive):
S = Stainless Steel, indicating that key water-contacting components or the entire pump body are made of stainless steel.
Z (LISZ Exclusive):
Z = Enhanced / Corrosion-resistant upgraded structure, suitable for more complex water quality or higher reliability requirements.
Core Configuration
Vertical multi-stage centrifugal surface pump
Single-suction structure, multiple impellers in series to increase head
Core Differences
Focuses on "high head, stable water output"
Compared to high-flow surface pumps (such as LIHF), LIGJ / LISZ is more suitable for long-distance water transfer, uphill pumping in mountainous areas, and scenarios requiring high pressure.
Multiple material versions available (engineering plastic / aluminum alloy / stainless steel), balancing cost and durability.
Core Working Principle: Multi-stage centrifugal pressurization + DC brushless drive
The design logic of LIGJ / LISZ is "pressure priority, efficiency considered":
Multi-stage Centrifugal Structure (High Head Design)
Multiple impellers work in series
Each impeller stage progressively increases water pressure
Even at low flow rates, extremely high head can be achieved
This is the biggest fundamental difference between it and LIHF (high-flow, wide-channel).
DC Brushless Motor Direct Drive
No carbon brushes, no sparks
Low starting current, very suitable for solar power supply
Continuous operating life is far higher than ordinary AC pumps
MPPT Intelligent Control (Solar Mode)
Automatically tracks the maximum power point of the solar panel
Strong sunlight → high speed → stable water output
Weak sunlight → automatic speed reduction → no shutdown, no burnout
Truly achieves "pumping water whenever there is sunlight"
Core Features: High head, stable operation, strong adaptability
Feature | Detailed Description
High Head | Core advantage. LIGJ / LISZ head typically reaches 40–120 meters, some models even higher, far exceeding ordinary surface pumps, suitable for mountainous areas, slopes, and long-distance water transfer. Stable Flow Rate: Although not a high-flow pump, it maintains a stable water output even under high head conditions, making it ideal for drip irrigation, pipeline water supply, and similar systems.
Strong Self-Priming Capability: As a surface pump, it generally has a self-priming height of 5–8 meters, allowing it to draw water directly from rivers, ponds, and shallow wells.
Multiple Material Options: LIGJ: Engineering plastic/aluminum alloy, offering high cost-effectiveness; LISZ: Stainless steel or reinforced corrosion-resistant structure, suitable for complex water quality and long-term operation.
Quiet and Durable: DC brushless motor + vertical structure, resulting in low vibration and noise, suitable for use near residential areas or for long-term unattended operation.
Typical Application Scenarios
The LIGJ / LISZ series is the ideal choice for applications requiring water to be pumped over long distances and to high elevations:
Agricultural Irrigation (High Head Applications)
Mountain orchards, terraced fields, and hilly areas
Water transfer from river valleys and reservoirs to elevated water tanks or pipe networks
Especially suitable for drip irrigation/micro-sprinkler systems
High-Level Water Tank Supply
Pumping water to rooftop water tanks and water towers
Suitable for areas without electricity or with unstable power supply
Gardening and Scenic Area Water Supply
Long-distance pipeline water transfer
Sprinkler or landscape water systems with significant elevation differences
Engineering and Ranch Water Supply
Remote construction sites and ranch areas
Solar power + mains power dual-use, ensuring 24/7 water supply
Selection and Usage Recommendations
Determine the "Head Requirement"
Total head = Vertical height + Pipe loss + Pressure requirement
Underestimating the actual head will lead to a significant decrease in flow rate
For LIGJ / LISZ series, it's better to choose a pump with a slightly higher head than one that is just barely sufficient.
Distinguish between Suction Head and Discharge Head
Suction head: ≤ 8 meters (physical limit)
Discharge head: Can reach tens or even hundreds of meters
If the water source is in a deep well, please choose a submersible pump (such as the LSG series)
Ensure sufficient solar power configuration
Multi-stage high-head pumps require higher starting power
Ensure that the solar panels meet the following requirements:
Voltage ≥ Controller minimum starting voltage
Power ≥ Pump rated power × 1.2–1.5
Dry-running protection and filtration
It is recommended to install the following at the water inlet:
Foot valve
Filter screen
For unattended systems, prioritize models with water shortage protection.
