The working principle of the LSGJ-H series focuses on "high-pressure output":
Multi-stage pressurization: This is the biggest difference between it and ordinary single-stage pumps (such as LHF). It has multiple sets of impellers and diffusers inside. The water pressure increases each time it passes through an impeller. The more stages, the greater the final pressure (head).
DC brushless drive: Uses a high-performance permanent magnet DC brushless motor (BLDC). This motor has extremely high speed, making it ideal for driving multi-stage pumps to generate high pressure.
MPPT intelligent matching: With a dedicated MPPT controller, it can automatically adjust the speed according to the intensity of sunlight. Even at low voltage, it can still maintain a certain pressure output and will not shut down like ordinary motors.

Feature Detailed Description

Ultra-high head (high pressure) Core advantage. The LSGJ-H series is designed for "climbing stairs" and "long-distance transportation". Its head easily reaches 50-150 meters or even higher, allowing it to transport water to high-rise buildings or over small hills.
Compact size Although powerful and with many stages, thanks to the optimized design of the DC brushless motor and multi-stage centrifugal structure, its volume is usually much smaller and lighter than AC motor pumps of equivalent power.
All-copper core/stainless steel material The motor usually uses pure copper coils, and the pump head usually uses cast iron or stainless steel, with impellers mostly made of brass or stainless steel. The materials are solid, wear-resistant, and dissipate heat quickly.
Silent Operation: The brushless motor itself has low noise, and the smooth flow channel design of the multi-stage pump results in extremely low water flow noise and very little vibration during operation.

Typical Application Scenarios

The LSGJ-H series is an expert in high-rise water supply, long-distance water transfer, and industrial cleaning:
High-rise building/water tower water supply:
Suitable for pumping water from the ground to above the 5th floor, or for replenishing high-level water tanks/water towers.
Long-distance pipeline irrigation:
In large farms, where the water source is far from the fields, or where water needs to be transported through long pipelines, the high pressure of the LSGJ-H can effectively overcome pipeline resistance.
Industrial cleaning/pressurization:
Used in applications requiring high-pressure water guns, such as car washing, equipment cleaning, and dust suppression.
Firefighting pressurization:
Used as a booster pump in some small firefighting systems.

Selection and Usage Suggestions

Distinguishing between "suction head" and "discharge head":
Suction head (suction height): As a surface pump, its vertical suction height is still limited by atmospheric pressure, usually not exceeding 7-8 meters.
Discharge head (discharge height/pressure): This is its strength, reaching tens or even hundreds of meters.
Note: Do not attempt to use it to draw water from a 10-meter deep well; that is the job of a deep well pump (such as LSG/3LSS).
Balancing flow rate and head:
The characteristic of multi-stage pumps is "high head, medium flow rate". If you need a large flow rate of tens of tons per hour, the LSGJ-H may not be the best choice; in this case, consider the LHF series (high-flow pumps).
Inlet filtration:
Because the flow channels of multi-stage pumps are relatively narrow, it is recommended to install a filter screen at the water inlet to prevent the impeller from being entangled or blocked by debris.
Voltage matching:
The LSGJ-H series usually has a higher power (such as 400W, 750W, or even higher), so please ensure that your solar panel array voltage (such as 48V, 72V, 96V) matches the rated voltage of the pump.

The LSGJ-H series is a "high-pressure pump" among solar surface pumps. If your need is to "pump water to a very high place" or "push water through long pipes to a distant location," and you require stable pressure, then the LSGJ-H series is a more professional choice than the LSQB (low flow rate) and LHF (insufficient pressure) series. It is a powerful extension of the LSQB series in the high-head pumping field.
