Model Interpretation:
L: Vertical/Centrifugal.
H: High Flow/Huge Flow.
F: Ground/Surface.
-H (suffix): Usually represents High Configuration or with self-priming function.
Core Form: Horizontal single-stage or double-stage centrifugal pump.
Working Method: Installed on the ground, usually with strong self-priming capability. It utilizes the combination of atmospheric pressure and centrifugal force to "suck" water from a lower level and quickly "throw" it out.
Core Working Principle: Single-stage/double-stage centrifugal + strong self-priming
The working logic of the LHF-H series is "high throughput and high speed":
Wide Flow Channel Design: Unlike multi-stage pumps (such as LSGJ-H) that pursue high pressure, the impeller flow channel of the LHF-H is designed to be very wide, allowing water to pass through with minimal resistance.
Strong Self-Priming Function: This is key for ground pumps. The LHF-H series is usually equipped with a large-capacity priming chamber and high-performance mechanical seals. The self-priming height can usually reach 5-8 meters, meaning it can be installed on the ground and directly pump water from ditches, ponds, or shallow wells.
Direct Drive Efficiency: It uses a brushless DC motor to directly drive the impeller, reducing the loss of belt drive. Combined with an MPPT controller, it can maximize the conversion of solar energy into water kinetic energy.
Core Features: Huge flow rate, clog-resistant, easy to move
Feature Detailed Description
Ultra-high Flow Rate Core advantage. The LHF-H series is the "king of flow rate". Its water output usually far exceeds that of multi-stage pumps of the same power, making it ideal for scenarios requiring irrigation of large areas of land or draining a pond in a short time.
Strong Anti-Clogging Capability Due to the wide flow channel, it has a high tolerance for impurities in the water. General straw, leaves, or small particles are unlikely to clog it, making it very suitable for pumping ditch water and river water.
Convenient Mobility Compact structure, usually equipped with a handle or base, making it easy to move between different fields.
Powerful Self-Priming No need to submerge the pump in water; simply fill the priming chamber (or automatic priming) before starting, and it can automatically pump water from a lower level, making installation and maintenance extremely convenient.
Typical Application Scenarios
The LHF-H series is a workhorse for agricultural drought relief, flood control, and landscape irrigation:
Large-scale farmland irrigation:
Suitable for irrigating crops requiring large amounts of water in plain areas, such as rice and wheat fields, drawing water from rivers or reservoirs.
Flood drainage/flood control:
Used for quickly draining accumulated water from fields, fish ponds, or basements during the rainy season or flood disasters.
Landscape/park sprinkler irrigation:
Used for rapid watering of urban green belts and park lawns, utilizing its high flow rate to power multiple sprinklers simultaneously.
Aquaculture:
Used for water changes, oxygenation circulation, or pumping operations during fishing in fish ponds.
Industrial/construction site drainage:
Suitable for situations requiring high flow rates, such as construction site foundation pit drainage and factory cooling water circulation.
Selection and Usage Recommendations
Head limitations:
You can't have everything. While the LHF-H series has a high flow rate, its head (water pressure) is relatively low (usually within 20-40 meters). If you need to pump water to a very high mountain, it may not be powerful enough; in this case, you should choose the LSGJ-H (high-head pump).
Physical limit of suction lift:
Although it has strong self-priming capabilities, due to physical laws, the vertical suction height is difficult to exceed 8 meters. If the water source is too deep, please use a submersible pump.
Inlet protection:
Although it is clog-resistant, to protect the impeller, it is recommended to install a filter screen at the inlet to prevent large stones or long debris from getting entangled in the impeller.
Preventing dry running:
Surface pumps are most afraid of "dry running" (running without water). If the water source is cut off, the pump must be stopped immediately, otherwise, the mechanical seal and motor will be burned out. It is recommended to equip it with a water shortage protection controller.
The LHF-H series is the "strongman" among solar water pumps. If you need to "move a large amount of water in a short time," and the conveying distance and height are not too great, it is the most efficient and economical choice. It is the preferred equipment for large-scale agricultural irrigation and emergency flood drainage.
